Frequently Asked Questions

Our booking system shows near real time availability. We ask for a 50% deposit, and the balance is due 14 days prior to the charter.  If you want to use the card you made the booking with, you don’t have to do anything and we will charge your card the balance on the 14th day prior.  If you want to use a different form of payment like a different credit card, zelle, venmo, or cash, just call or email us.

You may reschedule or refund your booking up to 14 days prior to the charter for any reason.
7-14 days prior will incur a 50% cancellation charge. Within 7 Days no refunds. Charter begins at scheduled time. Lateness may not be able to be made up depending on schedule. Captain has sole discretion as to rescheduling for weather.
